unemployment claim, that cannot play a role here. Sounds like there is an investigator on it. Best thing for you would be to cooperate with them, give them whatever they need, but keep it separate from your termination decision.

Thank you all. She was let go for non-performance. We don't plan to contest her application for unemployment -- she has applied-- because in our context, we have no reason to. There is already an investigator from the other state on it. Since there is, I really don't feel comfortable
